The staff at reception were very accommodating and helpful. Mrs. Amanda helped me with my booking because my flight was delayed which made me stranded at Roswell Airport. The following day there was no taxi, uber, Lyft etc. Mrs. Carla went out of her way and drove me from Artesia to Roswell Airport to collect my rental car after her shift. I have been overseas for 22 years and to return to the States and to find this hospitality and kindness these days are hard to come by. Thank you, Mrs. Amanda, and Mrs. Carla for being so thoughtful. It Was Well Kept,Clean, Comfortable Bed And Close To My Destination. Dawn did a Wonderful job of helping me with extra sheets, and making sure to offer water as soon as I arrived, advised me about the coffee all night, breakfast times and even complimented my looks and cologne which I Loved.

Breakfast was okay. Like the cheese omelets even if it was only on one of the four days we stayed. Need to cook the sausage another way. They are just "warmed" through, not cooked.

This property was excellent friendly staff, spacious rooms. Great breakfast. convenient to shopping (Walmart) and a well stocked Maverick store and fuel stop.

The front desk lady was so friendly and invited my kids to come down for a birthday party that evening. She was really quick to get us extra bedding and was just a delight.

Enjoyed our stay here, the breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable and I would stay here again. The overall hotel needs a good cleaning, we stay here 3day 2 nights and the same debris was on the carpets in the halls, stairwell, and elevator the whole time. Common areas were not wiped down during our visit as there was dirt smeared in the elevator doors. During breakfast the employee did not wipe down the tables between guests nor did I see her clean the counters.. The employees were polite, but not happy and friendly..

Great ladies at front reception, cleaning, and in kitchen! Spacious and comfortable room, just the right counter space, microwave and sink for prepping our own simple meals.

The staff are what sets this hotel out from the others in the area. In every interaction here they went above and beyond. The pool was out of action, but, for a change, there were actually people working on it, as opposed to other hotels that just put up a closed sign. We will be back.
